Refund policy

At Simah Supplement, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process as outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that:

  • The item is in its original, unused condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened or used
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@simahsalon.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using the provided shipping address, including the RMA number on the outside of the package.

4. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: Items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition may receive a partial refund at our discretion.
  • Rejected Returns: If a return does not meet our eligibility criteria, we will contact you to arrange return of the item at your expense.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@simahsalon.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@simahsalon.com.
